Morgan Cortines, 2010 graduate of Nacogdoches High School, poses with Marty Prince, president of the SFA Friends of the Visual Arts, who awarded Cortines a $750 scholarship from the friends organization during the May awards assembly at NHS. Cortines enrolled in Stephen F. Austin State University as an art major during the university's first summer session.
