The employment market for U.S. agriculture, natural resources and veterinary medicine college graduates will continue to be good into the early 21st century. It has been projected that the best opportunities for career placement through 2010 will be found in:
- agricultural management/business (46 percent),
- scientific and engineering (25 percent),
- agricultural/forestry production (16 percent),
- and educational/communications/governmental services (13 percent).
