Tournament Forms

Click here to download all tournament forms at once (all the paperwork needed to put a team in - one stop shop for every piece of paperwork you need.) This includes 21 pages of information and forms. All the other forms are individual and needed only if a single player needs to make changes. These individual forms are located on the right sidebar.

Tournament Updates - Updated November 1

We are completely full. Any teams wishing to be added may submit paperwork and NO payment, and we will add them to a waiting list. If a team drops, we will start at number one and move down the list.

If you have not submitted your entire team entry form (team entry form, eligibility form, sportsmanship agreement, waivers), you need to get those in by fax as soon as possible. WE WILL NEED ALL ORIGINALS UPON ARRIVAL.

Arrival Form
part of the packet was an arrival form. If you did not complete one, you risk being scheduled early on Friday. If you did not submit one, we are under the assumption you are free to play whenever we choose. We will do everything we can to accommodate team travel requests, but this is a regional and we have a large number of teams. Be prepared to be in Nac and ready to play early Friday afternoon if you live within four hours. We usually have more SFA teams to help make this easier on non-SFA teams, but we have two right now, so…

Imleagues.com
if you have not gotten everyone on your team to create a profile, or you have not started to create your roster for the regional online, please do so. If you have questions, please call our main office at 936-468-6051 and ask for Travis Lankford, Joe Wise or Ryan Almon and they can help you through the process. www.imleagues.com also has great customer service and instant answers through their online chat feature, so you can ask the experts to help. If you already use Imleagues.com, you can search NCCS and join the SFA regional server. To learn how to register through IM Leagues, click here.

Hotels
Please use the hotels listed on the tournament packet. These hotels have some of the better rates in town and we trust their customer service and reliability to take care of you. If you use another hotel, you are at your own risk.
