Employee Wellness is designed to create opportunities for education and participation in programs which will improve the overall health and wellness of each employee of SFA. We strive to meet the needs of all full-time and part-time faculty, administrators, staff and all retired faculty and staff. Employee Wellness will take place in various facilities on campus. Programs are scheduled before and after work plus during the noon hour.
Employee Wellness program offerings are free to all full-time and part-time faculty, administrators, staff and all retired faculty and staff who complete the required Employee Wellness Participant Profile!
Please note: Some programs have limited enrollment, and all Employee Wellness program participants must complete their Participant Profile prior to beginning any program offering. You may need to seek medical clearance prior to beginning an exercise program.
Participation in some programs may begin at any time during the semester. Lockers are available at no charge for program registrants in the Norton HPE Complex. Instructors and session leaders are professionally trained and qualified.
