Exceed your personal fitness and wellness goals with help and guidance from our certified personal trainers. Every training program is customized to address your unique fitness goals, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your trainer. You'll not only feel more powerful, you'll be empowered to do more...and Be More.

Our trainers will guide you through a 60-minute session that emphasizes the 5 components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. All packages include a comprehensive fitness assessment.

To sign up for personal training sessions, please call or visit the Rec Center Administration Office, open Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (hours subject to change).

Personal Training Policies & Forms

All potential clients must complete paperwork, which includes a Physical Activity Readiness Questionairre (PAR-Q) and Health History Questionairre.

No refunds will be given for Personal Training sessions, packages, or programs.
