Fitness Philosophy: My goal as a personal trainer is to provide specialized personal fitness prescriptions to help each client meet their fitness or weight loss goals.

Specialities/Interests: My specialty changes with the client at hand because I enjoy training any age, gender, goal, or level of fitness.
Favorite aspect of being a personal trainer: I enjoy training a variety of clients because I like making not only a positive difference, but a tangible one as well. I like to watch clients grow and improve upon their fitness skills and education. Most of all, I like to create the situation for one's own self-esteem in both their body and ability. I truly believe "exercise is the best medicine."
Hobbies: Recreational sports (won two back-to-back conference championships playing for SFA Football), powerlifting, video games, fishing, and is a self-proclaimed gear-head.

Favorite aspect of being a personal trainer: Guiding individuals into the right direction in order for them to achieve their goals. Educating the individual is a very important aspect of a training session.
