Group exercise is a fun and exciting way to make friends and shed pounds. Our classes are for all fitness levels ranging from Yoga, Kick Boxing, Zumba and much more! Whether you are new to exercise or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our professional instructors are trained and ready to make your workout experience one you will never forget. (Onsite) $15- You may rent either of the two multi-purpose studios, withprovided equipment. All classes offered on our Fall/Spring/Summer schedule may be requested.

Personal Training Outreach
Personal Training can come to you. Our mobile personal training service offers sessions at residence halls, fraternity/sorority houses, and offices throughout campus. Whether it is a one-on one session or a group session with you friends/roommates/coworkers, our trainers will work with you to develop an exercise or activity program based on your individual goals.
Your health is an important part of your success in the classroom, at work, and in most areas of your life. Campus Recreation has partnered with SFA Dining to now include a Registered Dietitian as part of the health and wellness services offered at the Rec. Nutrition Services is housed in the Wellness Service Center at the Rec.
Our Registered Dietitian, Sarah Drake, will work with you to help you reach your health goals. Sarah's services include a 60 minute nutrition counseling session on:
• Food allergy management
• Sports and athletics goals
• General healthy living
• Weight management
• Medical nutrition therapy
• And much more!
Our Registered Dietitian will meet you based on an appointment, which can be schedule Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. Make your appointment today!
Massage Therapy Outreach
A massage can help to relieve tension and stress, improve circulation, and leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Let our certified massage therapist, Therese Hostetter, come to your office, breakroom, etc., and provide a 15-minute chair massage to re-energize your day!
