The fitness programs and events are put on by Campus Recreation student employees for the well being and enjoyment of the SFA community. All events are free to partake in and often have giveaways for those in attendance. The Fitness program is offering a “Find Your Fit” program to help members discover the group exercise class that works best for them. There are also personal trainers and fitness assistants to aide members reach their fitness goals in the weight room and cardio floor. Weight Room Orientations will be offered for weight room novices to help familiarize themselves with the equipment and proper technique. We even have some helpful tips and an exercise of the month to help students get through the semester in a healthy way!
