Fitness & Wellness Program

The Fitness & Wellness programs and events are put on by Campus Recreation student employees for the well being and enjoyment of the SFA community. All events are free to partake in and often have giveaways for those in attendance. The Fitness program asks you to 'Find Your Fit' with the group exercise program. Try the classes and see what kind of workout fits your needs. The Wellness Service Center houses personal training, massage therapy and nutritional services.

Weight Room Orientations will be offered for weight room novices to help familiarize themselves with the equipment and proper technique.

Available on our website we have helpful tips, healthy recipes and exercises to help students get through the semester in a healthy way!
