The Outdoor Center is here to serve all of your outdoor needs. Whether you are looking to rent gear for your weekend outing with friends or maybe purchase that carabineer key chain for someone special, we can help. Would you like to get outdoors, but are a bit nervous to go it alone? You don’t have to! We can sign you up for one of our great trips or clinics and quickly have you becoming one with the outdoors!
Trip Resource Center
Have you ever wondered how much water you need to carry with you on a hiking trip? Do you think it would be advantageous to have a map of the area you are planning to bike in? Would you like to know what an emergency action plan is and how it can make your next big trip outdoors a lot safer?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to visit us in the Outdoor Center. We have developed a Trip Resource Center that is full of various books, DVDs and computer programs that can assist you in getting out on your own thrilling adventures. Our staff can be a valuable source of knowledge to you in the initial stages of planning. They can offer equipment recommendations, experiential anecdotes, and probing questions to help make sure you have planned everything completely. Stop in and visit us!
