Job Fairs and Career Days

The Career Service Center hosts a variety of career fairs throughout the year for currently enrolled SFA students and alumni. Each of these events is an incredible opportunity for you to meet and network with professionals and begin your journey toward full-time employment upon graduation.

Career Day

Career Days are held once a semester and cater to business, industry, government and graduate school factions. Career Day is targeted toward all academic majors and showcases recruiters from many areas of business such as management, hospitality, criminal justice, communication and rehabilitation, to name only a few.

Teacher Job Fair

Teacher Job Fairs are held once each semester for a day of focused career interaction and to assist school districts and education-related organizations in filling position vacancies. Teacher Job Fairs provide an opportunity for SFA students and alumni seeking teaching positions to meet with representatives from local and statewide school districts.

Camp Fair

A Camp Fair is also offered every February to help students locate summer employment in a camp atmosphere. Representatives from various types of camps attend to provide information to interested students about their camp and programs offered and to recruit students and alumni looking for a camp experience.
