Canceling Your Orientation Session

In order to cancel your Orientation session, you must notify the Orientation Programs office, IN WRITING, TEN BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to the session that you are scheduled to attend with the exception to the first two Freshmen Orientations which will be sixteen days prior to the session. You will receive a refund, minus a $20 service charge. Students and parent/family members who do not notify the Orientation Programs office by the cancellation date and do not reschedule to another session, will forfeit their Orientation fees. This also includes cancellations requested the day of your Orientation. Refunds for students who are ineligible for admission must also be requested in the same fashion and must be accompanied by a copy of the ineligibility letter sent by the Admissions Office. Session 1 (June 8-10) - May 30, 2008
Session 2 (June 15-17) - June 6, 2008
Session 3 (June 22-24) - June 13, 2008
Session 4 (July 20-22) - July 11, 2008
Session 5 (July 27-29) - July 18, 2008

Deadline to Cancel for Transfer Orientation

Transfer Session I (May 2) - April 25, 2008
Transfer Session II (July 2) - June 27, 2008
Transfer Session III (August 1) - July 25, 2008
