Time: CHECK-IN STARTS AT 8:00 A.M. • TESTING STARTS AT 8:30 A.M. • NO ONE IS ADMITTED AFTER THE TEST BEGINS.
Bring: Two #2 pencils, payment, valid photo identification and calculator - You may use a four-function, scientific, or graphing calculator. Prohibited calculators include all calculators in all of the following series: Casio: Algebra fx 2.0, Class Pad 300, and all model numbers that begin with CFX-9970. Texas Instruments: All model numbers that begin with TI-89 or TI-92. Hewlett-Packard: hp 48GII and all models that begin with hp 40G or hp 49G. Calculators with a typewriter keypad (keys in QWERTY format) are not permitted. Other calculators may be added to the prohibited list by ACT.

Restrictions
CURRENT (NOT-EXPIRED) OFFICIAL PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (i.e. driver’s license, passport, school ID) must be presented at check-in or you will not be permitted to test. The identification must be issued by a school, or city/state/federal government agency; AND show your first and last name; AND the photograph must be clearly recognizable. The ID must be original, not a photocopy or reproduction (i.e., photo bearing driver’s license, photo bearing passport, photo bearing military identification card, photo bearing school identification card, high school yearbook (within the last two years), or letter from high school on official school letterhead. Identification letter must show the examinee’s first and last names and must include a full physical description (age, gender, height, weight, race, hair and eye color) or a recent recognizable photograph with a school seal or school official’s signature overlapping a portion of the photo. Letters must be printed on original and official letterhead. If the official letterhead is computer generated or photocopied, it must be embossed with a raised or inked school seal. Student and school official must sign the letter in ink – student will re-sign the letter during check-in and letters will be collected by testing staff.
IDENTIFICATION NOT ACCEPTABLE: Social Security card, birth certificate, ID issued by employer, diploma, fishing or hunting license, driver’s permit without an official photo, and web page with photo.
Mechanical pencils, cellular telephones, beepers, cameras, and all photographic, communication, computer, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the testing room.
Food, drinks, gum, candy, and tobacco products are not permitted in the testing room.
Important Information
Calculator Policy
You may use a calculator on the ACT Assessment Mathematics Test (but not on any of the other tests in the ACT Assessment). You are not required to use a calculator.
You may use a 4 function (add, subtract, multiply, divide), scientific, or graphing calculator that is not listed on the prohibited list.

Accommodations for Examinees with Disabilities:
If you require accommodations based on a professionally diagnosed and documented disability, you may submit documentation to support your request to SFASU Disability Services.
