College Level Examination Program

Students may take CLEP tests at SFA in the Testing Center located in the Thomas J. Rusk Building, room 328.  Credit will be awarded based on SFA’s Credit by Exam Policy in effect at the time the test was taken.  Students must wait six months to retake an exam, may not take an examination for a specific course more than twice, and must not be currently enrolled in the course for which CLEP credit is desired. Official scores should be submitted to the SFA Office of Admissions (specify code 6682).  The College Board’s CLEP Office can be reached at (800) 257-9558 to have additional score reports sent.

$65 per exam (make check or money order payable to CLEP Testing Services)
$15 non-refundable service charge (make a second check or money order payable to SFA)
