PCAT Testing

Pharmacy College Admissions Test

Stephen F. Austin State University is a test center for PCAT. Our test center site is #699.

You must arrive on time to the start of the test and after the scheduled break. Latecomers will not be admitted to the PCAT test.

Candidates must pre-register for the PCAT. Please call Harcourt Assessment, Inc. at 800-622-3231 or 210-339-8710 or register online at www.pcatweb.info.

It is very important to read the PCAT Candidate Information Booklet; you must strictly adhere to all PCAT procedures and deadlines presented in the book.

Identification Requirements

Two forms of valid, unexpired ID, one of which must contain both your photograph and your signature.

You must also bring your PCAT Admission Ticket to gain admittance to the test. Prior to the test date, verify that the information on your Admission Ticket is accurate; verify the date, session time, reporting location, and your name (so it exactly matches both forms of IDs). The name of your identification must match the name on your Admission Ticket.

If the name on the forms of ID does not match the name on the Admission Ticket, you must provide official proof of a name change (e.g., documentation of a marriage or divorce).

What you need to bring with you on test day

Prohibited items:

You may not access or use prohibited items, including cell phones, during a rest break.

You may not have access to any purses or backpacks during the exam. These items will be stored in a designated secure area.

Food, drinks, gum, candy, and all tobacco products are not allowed in the testing room. However you may access these items during your break.

You must request permission from the Test Center staff to access your purse or backpack during the break if you need to retrieve your snack, beverage, money, or personal hygiene items.
