What to bring on the day of the test:
- Your Admission Ticket - Prior to the test date, verify that the information on your Admission Ticket is accurate; verify the date, session time, reporting location, and your name (so it exactly matches both forms of IDs). The name of your identification must match the name printed on your Admission Ticket.
- Two forms of valid, unexpired ID.
Identification Requirements
Two forms of valid, unexpired ID, one of which must contain both your photograph and your signature.
Acceptable forms of primary valid, unexpired IDs with photograph and signature include:
- Driver’s license
- Government-issued identification card
- Passport
Acceptable forms of secondary valid, unexpired IDs include:
- Credit card (with or without photograph)
- Library card
- Utility bill (with your name and address appearing exactly the same as on your primary ID)
Prohibited items:
- food
- beverages
- calculators (including watch calculators)
- books
- papers
- highlighters
- rulers
- notes
- pagers
- PDA’s
- cellular phones
- recording devices
- cameras
- headphones
- any electronic devices
- reference materials
- hats with a bill or brim
You may not have access to any purses or backpacks during the exam. These items will be stored in a designated secure area.
Food, drinks, gum, candy, and all tobacco products are not allowed in the testing room. However you may access these items during your break.
You must request permission from the Test Center staff to access your purse or backpack during the break if you need to retrieve your snack, beverage, money, or personal hygiene items.
Accommodations for Candidates with Disabilities
Any individual who has a physical impairment or limitation described as a disability under the ADA may request special testing arrangements. Documentation from the appropriate professional authority must accompany all special accommodation requests. Requests for accommodations for candidates with disabilities must be received by Pearson by the Special Registration Deadlines. Please refer to the PCAT website or contact PSE Customer Relations for complete information concerning how to request special accommodations.
