The TOEFL iBT test fee varies by country. To find out what the fee is in your testing location, go to the Learners and Test Takers section of the TOEFL Web site, select “Register for the Test” and choose your location.
Identification Information
INFORMATION REQUIRED: You must have acceptable and valid identification to be admitted to a test center. Without it you cannot test and you will lose your registration fee. If you are NOT a citizen of the country where you will take the test, you must present your passport. If you are a citizen where you will take the test, you must present a passport, driver's license, State/Province ID issued by the motor vehicle agency, national ID or military ID. Your identification document must be current (not-expired) and must contain your name as given at registration, your signature and a recent recognizable photograph. Expired or photographic forms of ID are not accepted. All identification documents must be originals; photocopies are not acceptable.
You must use the exact name and spelling of your name as shown on your primary identification document.

Test Takers with Disabilities
Non-standard testing accommodations are available for examinees with disabilities. You must provide the necessary documentation and meet certain criteria. You must register through ETS well in advance of scheduling your test to receive approved accommodations. Obtain registration procedures, forms and contact information by reading the 2009-2010 Bulletin Supplement for Test Takers with Disabilities for GRE®, TOEFL, TSE®, and The Praxis Series™ (page 5).
Additional Information
Cellular telephones, PDAs, beepers, cameras, and all photographic, communication computer, electronic and BlackBerrry® devices, devices are strictly prohibited in the testing room. You must not access these prohibited items during the test or during breaks.
