Charter Program Description

The SFA Charter Campus is based on the twin goals of improving public education and enhancing the preparation of future educators and school psychologists. The school serves as a Field Based Center for the College of Education and provides "hands-on" and observational experiences with children for university students in Elementary Education, Kinesiology, Music, School Psychology, and other university instructional programs. The mission of the SFA Charter School is to create a learning environment that provides a model curriculum and supports student development of autonomy, openness, problem solving, and integrity through a learning centers and inquiry based curriculum.
