Monica R. Gonzales

I received both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. I accepted the position for the Charter School Physical Education Teacher position in 2004 and have been working on getting the children at the school moving ever since. During this time, I also served as an adjunct faculty member for the Stephen F. Austin State University's Kinesiology department. In addition I am also employed by the Stephen F. Austin State University Employee Wellness Connection as a water aerobics instructor. My positions have me working with all populations, ranging from five years old to 80 years blessed, I am motivating people to keep moving and understand the importance of staying physically active for their minds', bodies', and health. My philosophy is B-Well, B-Fit, and Live Long.
