Mitch Crocker is the Chair of the Management, Marketing, & International Business Department. He serves as faculty advisor to the SFASU chapter of the Society for Advancement of Management and actively creates opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom. He enjoys working with faculty and staff to provide a first class learning environment for SFA students. In his free time he enjoys scuba diving and is a certified PADI instructor.

Bio:

Robert Culpepper earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from LSU and a Ph.D. from University of Alabama. He as published 16 journal articles and his writings have been accepted in premiere journals in the fields of Management, Organizational Behavior and Psychometrics. He has published in numerous conference proceedings including the top one in his field, that for the Academy of Management. Dr. Culpepper has almost two decades of experience teaching courses in Organizational Behavior and International Management and other areas. He also has experience consulting with businesses to analyze and reduce organizational turnover.

Dr. Warren W. Fisher is Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Marketing, and International Business at Stephen F. Austin State University. He received his PhD in Operations and Logistics Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and taught both there, at the University of Oklahoma, and at the University of Mississippi before joining the faculty at SFA in 1990. He teaches operations management, management information systems, and quantitative methods. Dr. Fisher's articles have been published in a variety of journals including Decision Sciences. Matthew Lindsey is currently an Assistant Professor of Management at SFASU in Nacogdoches, TX. His primary research area is inventory forecasting models specializing in models for items with intermittent demand, and he is active with the Decision Sciences Institute. Dr. Lindsey's primary teaching interest includes operations management and management science. Before coming to SFA he taught at the University of Texas at Tyler and the University of North Texas. He worked over 12 years in the foundry industry in various areas of production including time as tooling manager, shift superintendent and quality manager.

Dr. Joseph G. Ormsby has been a professor of management for thirty-one years at Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr. Ormsby has also taught at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and was a teaching assistant at the University of Arkansas. Dr. Ormsby has published three textbooks, over thirty journal articles and over 100 presentations to scholarly societies. He is an active member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society where he holds the professional certification as Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM). Dr. Ormsby also enjoys playing golf and fishing.

Phil Stetz was the recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award of the Rusche College of Business in 2007 and past recipient of the Lavoy Moor Entrepreneurship Professorship. Dr. Stetz's research interests lie in the domain of entrepreneurship and strategic management, and he has published numerous manuscripts in the field's respective journals, e.g. Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. He recently presented his research at the European Academy of Management Conference. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., Dr. Stetz began his business career as an auditor and tax consultant with Coopers and Lybrand and then moved on to become an owner/manager of a second-generation family business.
