The Cole Audiology Lab is located on the second floor of the Human Services building (directions) at Stephen F. Austin State University, and is open Monday-Friday, 8 to 5. We accept Medicaid and can assist you with filing claims with your private insurance. Payment plans are available upon request. Please call 936-468-1252 for an appointment.
