On-site supervisors will be asked, by the coordinator, to complete evaluation forms with regard to the student’s performance at mid-semester and near the end of the semester and forward them to the internship coordinator.

The internship coordinator is responsible for distributing evaluation forms to on-site supervisors and then to distribute completed evaluations to the appropriate faculty supervisors.

The coordinator is responsible for conducting the three mandatory general course meetings to be held each semester.

Any faculty member who serves as a supervisor is responsible for grading the student that is supervised and submitting that grade, in a timely fashion, to the internship coordinator who is responsible for submitting the grades of all students in the course to the Registrar.

It is understood that most internships are unpaid and that the student’s benefit is derived from the course credit and experience received, however, there is no specific prohibition against a student receiving financial remuneration while engaged in an internship.
