General Ledger Account Comparison to Prior FY
Screen 38 is used to view current and prior year balances for a General Ledger account. A general ledger account is any account that begins with "0".
The display includes account attributes (department, responsible person and flag settings) followed by dollar data: current and prior year-to-date balances, listed by account control.
"Current year" refers to the fiscal year, which is displayed at the upper right of the screen along with the name of the account.
To page through a list that extends beyond a single screen, press ENTER. In a multi-screen display, the next 10-digit account number is displayed in the Acct field.
