Subsidiary Ledger Account Comparison to Prior FY
Screen 39 is used to view current and prior year dollar amounts for a Subsidiary Ledger account.
Type the account number (6-digit or 10-digit) in the Account field and press ENTER. If you want the display to begin with a particular object code, enter the corresponding 10-digit account.
The display includes account attributes (department, responsible person, map code and flag settings) followed by dollar data: month-to-date actuals and year-to-date actuals for the current and prior fiscal years, listed by object code. (The current fiscal year is the year displayed at the upper right of the screen along with the name of the account.)
The current year-to-date and prior year-to-date figures include current month activity.
The subtotaling definitions set up for Screen 19 are also used on Screen 39.
To page through a list that extends beyond a single screen, press ENTER. In a multi-page listing, the next 10-digit account number is displayed in the ACCT field.
