NOTE: The term “current amounts due” is used in the schedule below. A student may pay the “current amounts due” in any of these three ways:



Detailed Schedule – Spring 2018 – Regular Full Semester

Jan. 2

1st Billing Statements produced. Email notifications will be sent to students’ SFA Jacks email accounts. Authorized users will be notified at the email address provided in the eBill system. (Billing Statements will be generated thereafter on a weekly basis.)

Jan. 2

Installment Payment Plan available (must have $0 previous balance)

Jan. 2

Short-Term Loans begin (must have Installment Payment Plan and $0 previous balance)

Jan. 8

Preregistered students owing a previous balance – dropped from all classes for nonpayment at 5 p.m.

Financial Aid posted to student accounts

Students may add or be reinstated in classes only upon approval of the instructor, department chair, and dean. Late Add Fee and/or Reinstatement Fee applies - $50 per credit hour. All tuition and mandatory fees must be paid to be reinstated.

WITHDRAWAL

Any student officially withdrawing from the University is eligible for a refund of tuition and certain fees according to the following schedules. A student withdrawing prior to the first class day will be assessed a matriculation fee of $15.

The following refund schedule is applicable provided the student remains enrolled (i.e., does not drop to 0 hours). If the student drops to 0 hours, that is a withdrawal and the Withdrawal refund schedules above are applicable.

NOTE:  The above withdrawal and drop policies may be modified at any time without prior notice in order to comply with laws, regulations, policies or guidelines. If financial aid has been posted to a student’s account, the student may still owe the University a balance after these refunds have been applied.
