Spring 2015 Summary

 

NOTE: The term “current amounts due” is used in the schedule below. A student may pay the “current amounts due” in any of these three ways:


Detailed Schedule Spring 2015 Regular Full Semester

Jan. 02

Installment Payment Plan available – login to eBill system (must have $0 previous balance to be eligible)

Jan. 02

1st billing statements produced. Email notifications will be sent to students’ SFA Titan email accounts. Authorized users will be notified at the email address provided in the EBill system

Jan. 05

Short-Term Loans begin (must have Installment Payment Plan and $0 previous balance)

Jan. 11

Preregistered students owing a previous balance – dropped from all classes for nonpayment at 5 pm

Jan. 12

Financial Aid posted to students’ accounts

Jan. 12

On-line Book Loans begin (Jan. 12 - Jan. 23 (Processed through Higher One). Must have tuition and fees paid or be on the Installment Payment Plan and first payment paid

Jan. 19

Spring Bills due at 5pm. Business Office open until 5 pm. Student must pay prior balance and current amounts due (Dropped from all classes Jan. 19 at 5 pm)

Students may Add or be Reinstated in classes only upon approval of the instructor, dept. chair, and the dean. All tuition and mandatory fees must be paid to be added or reinstated.

WITHDRAWAL

Any student officially withdrawing from the University is eligible for a refund of tuition and certain fees according to the following schedule:

Students withdrawing during the spring semester or a term of 10 weeks or longer and students enrolled in a mixture of both full term and part of term courses should follow the refund schedule below.

The following refund schedule is applicable provided the student remains enrolled (i.e., does not drop to 0 hours). If the student drops to 0 hours, that is a withdrawal and the Withdrawal refund schedule above is applicable.
