  • Early Registration – March 30 - May 15
  • Maymester – May 16 – June 3

March 30

Early registration begins

April 22

1st bills for Maymester emailed to students’ SFA Jacks email accounts (generated thereafter on a weekly basis)

Students dropped from Maymester if they owe a previous balance

Short-Term Loans begin (must have $0 previous balance)

May 15

Maymester tuition/fees due – full payment due, including any prior balance, or sign up for short-term loan (must have $0 previous balance)

WITHDRAWAL

Any student officially withdrawing from the University is eligible for a refund of tuition and certain fees according to the following schedules:

NOTE: The term "current amounts due" is used in the schedule below. A student may pay the "current amounts due" in any of these three ways:

  • Make payment in full
  • Sign up for an Installment Payment Plan and make the first installment payment by the due date (must have $0 previous balance)
  • Sign up for a short-term loan (must have $0 previous balance)
