April 6 1st Billing Statements produced. Email notifications will be sent to students’ SFA Jacks email accounts. Authorized users will be notified at the email address provided in the eBill system.
(Billing Statements will be generated thereafter on a weekly basis.)
May 6 Preregistered students owing a previous balance – dropped from all Maymester classes for nonpayment at 5 p.m.
May 7 Short-Term Loans begin (must have $0 previous balance)
May 10 Bills due before 5 p.m. Students must make payment or sign up for Short-Term Loan (must have $0 previous balance). Drop from all Maymester classes for nonpayment at 5 p.m. Business Office open until 5 p.m.
May 10 Last day of early registration period (last day to register without a Late Registration Fee - $25). Must register before 5 p.m.
May 10 Last day to withdraw with 100% refund. Must withdraw before 5 p.m. See Withdrawal refund schedule, below.
May 11 Classes begin
May 11 Late Registration Fee begins - $25
May 12 Students must make full payment or sign up for Short-Term Loan (must have $0 previous balance). Drop from one or more classes (depending on balance owed) at 5 p.m. Business Office open until 5 p.m.

Students may add or be reinstated in classes only upon approval of the instructor, the department chair, and the dean. Full payment must be made to be reinstated.

WITHDRAWAL
Any student officially withdrawing from the university is eligible for a refund of tuition and certain fees according to the following schedule. A student who is withdrawn by the university prior to the first class day for nonpayment and who does not re-enroll will be assessed a $15 matriculation fee.

DROP
The following refund schedule is applicable provided the student remains enrolled (i.e., does not drop to 0 hours). If the student drops to 0 hours, it is considered a withdrawal and the Withdrawal refund schedule above is applicable.
