A Safe Space is a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer students. Safe Space Ally Training is designed to help campuses create a safe space for LGBTQ students. One of the most effective ways to create a safe space is to be a supportive ally to LGBTQ students.
Counseling Services would appreciate the opportunity to provide Safe Space Ally Training for your department, residence hall, organization, or class.
