Disability Services Tuition Waiver
Tuition Exemption for Hearing Impaired and Visually Impaired Students (Sec. 54.205 Tex. Ed. Code)
Certain hearing impaired and visually impaired students who are Texas residents are eligible for exemption from payment of tuition and some fees. Application for this exemption should be made to the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation Services.
Students with State Certifications for Blindness or Deafness should file a copy of their certification with the Business Office to obtain tuition exemptions.
