The Public Safety Technology Division of the University Police Department is responsible for the managment of the campus card access control system. This includes student access to exterior doors at residence halls and individual rooms in certain halls as well as some academic buildings/offices. To report an emergency work order for a card access control system, please call the Police Department Communications Center at 936-468-2608 24 hours a day. For a non-emergency work order, please complete the Work Request Form
