District VIII Councilor (1 of 9 in United States), requires 2- day site visits to Texas Tech, TCU, Southwest Texas, University of Houston, University of North Texas, SFASU collegiate chapters every two years, sponsor students to National.

National Conclave, work with District Representative to National Council, responsible for a line of communication between collegiate chapters and the national office, and responsible for arranging for a district leadership conference in odd number years.
Brandi Smith, SFA Beta Upsilon Chapter member, served as District VIII Representative to National Council (2000) and National Collegiate Chair, 2001-2002.
