1997-1998 Co-developer and presenter of the TEKS for Leaders Professional Development Institute in cooperation with the Charles A. Dana Center at the University of Texas in Austin to prepare state level facilitators who would provide the institute for their constituents.
Facilitators targeted the Regional Education Service Centers, from the thirty largest school districts of Texas, and from the Texas Education Agency and professional development organizations such as the Texas Association of School Administrators.
Presented TEKS for Leaders sessions at the University of Texas and Texas Association of School Administrators Summer Conference in Austin, the state conference for mathematics teachers pre-conference for principals in San Antonio, and John Tyler High School faculty professional development meeting in Tyler, Texas.

Jenlink, K. E. (Co-researcher). (In progress). Learning in the Pluralist Society: Researching Issues of Identity and Inclusion in the Irish Educational Systems. Collaborative research study designed to examine education systems in Ireland. Connected with the European Forum on Educational Administration, the study will examine the education systems in Ireland, hereafter defined as schools, administrative units, and teacher preparation programs. The focus of the research is to examine issues of identity and inclusion within the two distinct countries in Ireland: the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, a province of the United Kingdom. Results from the study will serve as a base-line data set for requesting funding support for a comparative study between schools and teacher preparation programs in the U.S. (Texas) and Ireland.

My role has been that of facilitator which included attending four workshops funded by Kellogg and continued monitoring of the project including working with Grant Schum at TAMU. Total value of the grant has been approximately $75,000.00.
