CERT-Prep Project
Transition To Teaching
The Consortium for Excellence in Teacher Preparation (CERT-Prep) Project * is a one-to two-year web-based program that will help well qualified individuals from a variety of backgrounds to serve as teachers in rural communities while completing an accelerated flexible high quality transition to teaching program. Coursework for this program is completely online.
To qualify for the CERT-Prep grant, candidates must:
Qualify for graduate admission to SFA – through the Graduate office.
Apply for admission into the PBIC program and have a Certificate plan developed.
Certificate plan (developed by the certification officer at SFA)
