Please submit your clearance application to McKibben Room 118 by the SFA Application Submission Date in order to verify your eligibility to test before the regular registration deadline. |

Please note: In order to take TExES exams, you must provide one of the following primary ID documents for admission to a test center: passport, driver’s license, state or providence ID card, national ID card, or military ID card. *Additional information is available at www.texes.ets.org/registrationBulletin/.
New for 2011-2012: You will be photographed and fingerprinted as confirmation of your identity. At some CAT testing centers, the use of electronic detection scanning devices (e.g., hand-held detectors/wands) has also been implemented. Failure to comply with these security measures will result in dismissal from the test and forfeiture of your test fees.
All Stephen F. Austin State University candidates must submit a clearance application to the Office of Assessment and Accountability in order to be approved for state exams.
Upon submission of the clearance form and approval from your advisor/department to test you will receive an email from this office with instructions for registering. Please read the instructions all the way through before proceeding.
