Register with Paper Forms

For TExES/ExCET, TExMaT, TOPT, or TASC

To Register using paper forms:

    • must have an official registration form,
    • must pay by check or money order only,
    • may request alternative testing arrangements, if needed (using the appropriate form),
    • must have SFASU approval to test submitted to SBEC and TEA ID number, and
    • must submit all forms and payment to the Office of Assessment & Accountability before the SFASU deadline.

    How to Register

Step 1

Complete and sign the Clearance Application Form*. It may be printed from this link, picked up at our office, or requested by phone or e-mail.   You must access your account at SBEC Online to obtain your TEA ID number. For a list of tests and their code numbers, go to the Tests and Their Code Numbers page.
Step 2

Obtain an official ETS registration form and complete all applicable sections using a No. 2 pencil.

Registration forms are available at the McKibben (Education) Bldg., Room 264, Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 5:00, or may be printed from ETS registration bulletins
