Steps for Registering for Courses on the Master Reading Teacher Certificate Plan
What do I have to do before registering for courses?
- Apply for admission to graduate school.
- Complete and submit to Dr. Vi Alexander an Application for Admission to the Educator Program Additional/Advanced Certificate [PDF]. Fax to 936 468-1701 or mail to Dr. Vi Alexander, SFA Station, Box 13017, Nacogdoches, TX 75962.
- Take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and obtain a score of at least 750.
- Contact Dr. Vi Alexander for advisement and certificate plan.
- Submit an official copy of all transcripts to the Elementary Education office.
- Register for courses specific to your MRT certification plan.
