The Doris and Maydelle Burns Scholarship

Recipient must be a Department of Elementary Education - Interdisciplinary Studies major.
Recipient must be from Timpson, Shelby County.
Recipient must have and maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
Recipient must be enrolled at Stephen F. Austin State University in good standing.
Recipient must have returned a completed Stephen F. Austin State University Alumni Foundation Scholarship Application Form to the SFASU Alumni Office by February 1 prior to the Fall semester of the same year.
The scholarship is renewable to the current recipient.
Selection of the scholarship recipient is by the Alumni Foundation Scholarship Committee.
If no applicant meets the above criteria the scholarship funds will be returned to the endowment principal.
