The Doug and Ann Higgins Scholarship
This scholarship is endowed by Doug and Ann Higgins. Selection of scholarship recipient(s) is done by the Department of Elementary Education Scholarship Selection Committee. If no applicant meets the following criteria the Alumni Foundation Scholarship Committee may use its discretion in selecting a recipient.

Recipient(s) must be an Interdisciplinary Studies major.

Restricted to a graduate(s) of Nacogdoches, Texas high school.

Recipient(s) must have an maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.

Recipient(s) must be enrolled at Stephen F. Austin State University in good standing.

Recipient(s) must have returned a completed Stephen F. Austin State University Alumni Foundation Scholarship Application Form to the SFASU Alumni Office by February 1 prior to the Fall semester of the same year.

The scholarship is renewable to the current recipient(s).
