Mary Olle - Instructor, Program Coordinator Mary Olle is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics. She received her teaching certification from Stephen F. Austin State University as well as her Master of Science degree. She is currently working on her doctorate of education in Family and Consumer Sciences at Texas Tech University. Mrs. Olle has 14 years of public school teaching experience in Family and Consumer Sciences and is the coordinator for Family and Consumer Sciences teacher education and sponsor of an active student section of the Family & Consumer Sciences Teachers Association of Texas ollemary@sfasu.edu |

Dr. Rachel Underwood, Ph.D - Professor Dr. Rachel Underwood teaches undergraduate courses, core courses, and graduate courses in the School of Human Sciences. She has public school teaching experience and college teaching experience at Southwest Texas State University, Texas A&M Kingsville, and Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr. Underwood has received numerous grants, authored textbooks and curriculum material, and served in leadership capacities for various professional associations. She also received the University Teaching Excellence Award in 2000 from Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr Underwood is been certified by the Protocol School of Washington as a Protocol® and Etiquette Consultant. Education
