Internships
General Requirements
In order to be eligible for graduation, students must complete a minimum
of 245 hours of a supervised internship in a pre approved facility. This
allows students to apply the knowledge that they have gained while getting
hands-on experience.
Student internships have included:
- Luxury Hotel and Resorts
- Convention / Visitor Bureaus
- Fine Dinning Establishments
- Franchised Food Service
- Catering
- Amusement/ Theme Parks
- Tourism
- Clubs
- Banquet Operations
- Lodging facilities
- Food Service operations in business, Schools, Universities and Colleges
- State and National Parks
- Health Care Facilities
- Cruise lines & Airlines
