Financial Aid Appeal Form (pdf) or Online Form - (for students who are not meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements)

If you would like to submit your Appeal electronically please send your appeal in an email to: finaid@sfasu.edu. Please include your name, student ID or social security number and a mailing address in your email. Please reference Financial Aid Appeal in the subject line. Be sure to include ALL information you want the committee to consider in your appeal.
