Box Office Information

| BOX OFFICE AND TICKET POLICIES | ||
The Fine Arts Box Office is located in Room 211B of the Griffith Fine Arts Building (see B on the map.) Our normal hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. On weekday performance dates, we are open 8 a.m. until intermission. For Saturday and Sunday events, the Box Office opens one hour prior to the performance. You may call us at (936) 468-6407 or (888) 240-ARTS, or visit us anytime online right here at www.sfasu.edu/finearts/tickets.asp.
Ticket sales dates: University Series season ticket sales begin July 14. All other tickets sales, including online, begin August 15.
Tickets may be purchased in person with cash, check or credit card. Credit cards may be used with phone or online orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. SFA students and faculty/staff may use Jack Bucks.
All sales are final. We regret that there can be no refunds. In the event that you have a conflict and cannot attend, please give your ticket to a friend and help us build our audience. You may also call us to request we donate your seat to an SFA student. Exchanges are permitted for certain performances; please review our complete exchange policy.

SFA faculty and staff are eligible for a 50% discount off 2 adult season tickets for all series and most individual events.

Senior citizen discounts apply to persons 62 and older.

Youth discounts apply to persons 18 or younger.

Student discounts apply to full-time college students with a valid I.D. Bearers of student tickets will need to show their I.D. upon admission to the performance.

Children under 5 are not encouraged to attend some events. However, each person must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Persons with disabilities are requested to reserve seats as early as possible and to request special assistance or accommodations. Handicap parking is provided in front of the Griffith Fine Arts Building and the Wright Music Building on Alumni Drive. Programs in large type are available for visually impaired persons. Please call the Box Office at least two days in advance of the event, and a copy will be held for you.

Season ticket packages for the various series provide the most value for your money,offer the ease of a one-time purchase, and ensure your selected seat for the University Series.
And now,you have two great options for the University Series season tickets. You can order our Classic Package that gives you one ticket to all 9 events on the series. Or you can customize your season by choosing our TixMix Package which entitles you to 4 tickets to our 4Select events and 5 tickets to our Choice5 events. The TixMix tickets may be ordered in any combination within the collections.
Our goal is to offer our University Series season ticket holders the savings of a series subscription while allowing them to attend the events that interest them and also fit into their schedule. Please call us for more information about the TixMix option.
Season tickets go on sale July 14. To purchase season tickets to any of our series (Concert, Mainstage, Orchestra, and University), simply visit us at the Box Office or call us at (936) 468-6407 or (888) 240-ARTS. We'll help you get the most value for your money and answer any questions. Be sure to have your credit card handy.
