Officially established as a school in 1968, the College of Business enrolls about 2,500 majors from five academic departments. The college also provides a student-focused learning environment where quality students and respected faculty interact to develop knowledge and skills relevant for success in a changing business climate. We are proud to say that Business majors now account for about 22 percent of the university student population, and that all degrees are accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

Dr. Danny R. Arnold has been named dean of the Nelson Rusche College of Business.
"The best situation for a new dean is in a college that is already good and has potential to get better. And, that describes the Rusche College. It already contains good faculty, good students, and good programs. But, I have been an administrator for twenty-one years at four different universities; hopefully, I can bring some new ideas to the table."
