"As federal and state funding has declined in recent years, private funding has become more and more important for our students. Many students now find themselves graduating with far more debt than we would hope. Private funding allows us to support both incoming freshmen as well as returning students, so that they can graduate with less debt and use their income in more productive ways such as raising a new family or buying their first home."
