SFA Varsity Club
The SFA Varsity Club is the principle fundraising arm of Stephen F. Austin Athletics. The financial contributions made to the Varsity Club help maintain a quality athletic program and enabled the 'Jacks to compete successfully in the Southland Conference and the Southland Football League. SFA athletics, through its 14 men's and women's intercollegiate sports, provides a sense of pride and enthusiasm for the entire institution, its faculty, staff, alumni, students and friends. It also creates educational opportunities for more than 300 talented young men and women who compete while wearing the purple of SFA. The financial support of the SFA Varsity Club members is the cornerstone of SFA athletics, and it is absolutely essential to the success of our student-athletes.
Stephen F. Austin State University and SFA Athletics have a long and proud tradition of success and pursuit of excellence. For more than 75 years, SFA has competed successfully in the classroom and on the playing field through intercollegiate athletics. The SFA community and its alumni and friends take pride in the university's athletic history.
Supporting the SFA Varsity Club helps assure that our student-athletes represent Stephen F. Austin well in competition. Equally as important, this support allows student-athletes to earn a quality education, graduate and become successful away from their arena of competition. The opportunity for these young adults to achieve their academic and athletic goals starts with individuals like you, who take proactive steps by committing a portion of your financial resources and your time to cheer their efforts on game day.
