Description: Shed Style, two-story, side-gabled commercial building. Steeply sloped green metal roof with slight eave overhang. Exterior is aluminum siding. Front (east) façade consists of a recessed entry with green paneled door with transom and sidelights. On either side of the door are large single-paned sashed windows. On the south façade there is a large projection with four single-paned sashed windows on the first floor, and a balcony with brown wooden railings on the second floor. The south façade's second floor also consists of a pair of adjoining 6/6 single-hung sashed windows and a white paneled door with transom lights. The north façade consist of a black paneled door with transom lights and a dark-green metal stair with metal railing. The north façade is dominated by a porch made by recess in the principle roof, supported by metal columns.
