Megan Sharp Weatherly

SFASU Class of 2004, Honor Student Association President 2002-2003 spent the years after graduation working in Japan as a writer/editor for two magazines. She returned to the U.S. in early 2008 to pursue a graduate degree in history.

My current role involves supporting the Shell's US Onshore Leadership Team with management information and analysis on production, deferment, planning and costs four our gas fields in Pinedale, WY and South Texas.  I also do 90 Day Plan forecasting for production and deferment and work on process improvements. 

Working in oil and gas is challenging and rewarding because it is always changing and is at the forefront of a national discussion. 

Outside of work, I play ultimate frisbee and am taking advantage of all the awesome outdoor activities Colorado has to offer - hiking, kayaking, skiing, mountain biking.
