The Garner Apartment complex is located at 1929 North Wilson Drive, next to Steen Library and East College Cafeteria. It is the largest and most centrally located apartment complex on campus. Most academic buildings are just a few minutes walk from Garner. Garner is a 14 story tower complex with 132 one-bedroom apartments. All bills are paid and each apartment includes 2 beds, a kitchen table and chairs, loveseat, refrigerator, stove, basic cable, Ethernet and local phone service. Residents pay rent by semester and are assigned two to an apartment.
There is a huge area allocated for parking around Garner. Garner is the closest hall to the intermural fields and the Student Recreation Center as well as the Arts and Agriculture buildings. Meal plans are not required for Garner residents.
Residents can change their contract from 9 months to 12 months by completing a form.
