Hours of operation: 8 – 5 M – F
Weekend hours: 8 – 5 S & S
Night man: 4 pm to midnight 7 days a week

HOP is located in the Gibbs bldg @ 1706 Clark blvd and can be reached by phone @ 468-6602.

HOP SERVICES: Custodial, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Paint, Electrical, Outside Contractors and Work Control.

HOP employees can always be identified by their badges and ID’s.

TIPS:

Calling in Work orders:

If you are putting in a work request at the front desk – DO NOT Email the work request.
Retain “work request #” to call and check status.
Wait 5 working days before calling in for a status check.
Give detailed description and exact location of problem to ensure that the HOP crew has the correct info to get the job done in as short a time period as possible.

Services:

Brooms, dust pans and vacuums are available for your use at your front desk.
When requesting beds to be bunked – beds must be free of all personal Items other than linens and floor must be clear. (Custodians cannot move your personal belongings.) Be specific of how high or low you want you bed.

Appliance suggestions:

Washing machines – only use ¼ cup of detergent
Garbage disposals – always have the water running when using disposal.
Cable problems – if you aren’t getting clear reception be sure your tv is programmed.
