12-Month Contract residents beginning occupancy at any other time will be charged a prorated amount based on the daily rate.
For students with the 12-month contract option, no refund will be made if the student cancels at the end of the spring term. Please view our Housing Contract for more details.
Students living in these facilities are not required to purchase a meal plan, if you are interested in purchasing a meal plan please visit http://auxserv.sfasu.edu/mealplan/mealplan.aspx.

*Garner rates are per person, double occupancy. Single occupancy will be charged double the per person rate.
