As the end of calendar year approaches, it is time again to think about performance reviews for your staff employees. You are strongly encouraged to attend our new Performance Management Training. This training is designed for deans, chairs, directors, department heads, managers, and supervisors.
Please be reminded the performance review process does not apply to students, graduate assistants, faculty, coaches, or staff employees in their six-month probationary period.
The performance review process has been updated and modified for employees below the director level. The director level evaluation forms have not changed.
The performance review period is January, 2012, through December, 2012. Human Resources should have your completed reviews by the deadline of January 31, 2013. If circumstances exist that prevents compliance with this deadline, please contact Human Resources at 468-2304.
To register for Performance Review training, please go to the myTraining website.
When you reach the myTraining website, log in with your SFASU domain log-in. Once logged in, you will select "Class Listings" on the left hand menu. This list will show all classes offered for training on campus. Select "Performance Review Training - HR" and choose a date and time to attend.
