Crystal handles all correspondence with the School Psychology Doctoral and Master's Program, oversees development and updating of program marketing materials, reviews program candidates' academic and work experience, analyzes students' transfer work, determines eligibility and compatibility with the doctoral program's goals and mission, develop degree plans for each doctoral candidate, monitor their academic progress, and assist them toward degree completion. In addition, Crystal assists the program director in establishing and tracking programmatic learning outcomes, and in analyzing data and reports.

As well as handling incoming calls and transfers, Bonnie issues class permits for students, orders supplies for the department, updates department directories, monitors textbook adoptions and orders faculty desk copies. She handles room reservations, assists with classroom scheduling and handles incoming and outgoing mail. She is responsible for all aspects of the Community Coalition grant, placing SFA work-study students in local businesses as well as in the department clinics, while supervising the department work-study office assistant.

Kristi's responsibilities include maintaining the Chair's appointments and supervision of support staff as well as maintenance of paperwork for faculty employment. Approve and detail purchases through use of a Procurement Card and Purchase Orders, submit travel requests for authorization as well as reimbursement for faculty members and students. Complete course scheduling utilizing Banner and Excel spreadsheets with guidance from faculty members. Work with the students to issue permits as needed.
